What data exists at all

PassCivic has no accounts and stores no personal data on our servers. Study progress, mistake book, statistics, chosen federal state and language setting live only on your device.

Delete everything immediately

1. Uninstall the app — this removes all local data, or
2. Android Settings → Apps → PassCivic → Storage → Clear data — the app restarts as if freshly installed.

Both take effect immediately and completely; no request to us is needed.

Server-side configuration records

The configuration call reaches our server hq.bnj.app with a randomly generated, app-local device identifier that is not linked to a person (see Privacy Policy). Clearing app data generates a new one; the old record expires automatically and is removed after at most 12 months.

If you want such a record deleted sooner, write to [email protected] with the subject "PassCivic data removal". We handle requests within 30 days.

Subscription

Deleting the app does not cancel a running subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app: Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → PassCivic.
